Valentine's Day

Kenadie, you are 6 months old! I can't believe it. You are getting to be such a big girl. You are into everything now, trying to pull yourself up and grab everything in sight. Sitting up by yourself is no problem for you now. The doctor was so impressed by the way you can sit up without supporting yourself with your hands. You've been eating solids for a couple of months. When we first started you loved apples and bananas but now you have decided you no longer care for them. You love sweet potatoes, green beans, peaches, and chicken. You go crazy for puffs! You can't quite feed yourself the puffs yet but if I hold one, you'll take my hand and guide it to your mouth. Its adorable!! Seperation anxiety is in full swing...if I put you down and walk away, you start crying until I come pick you up. If I hand you over to someone else, you cry and reach for me. Its actually very sweet you love your mama so much! You are loving your two doggies more and more. You give them nice gentle pets and laugh when they lick you. I think books are your favorite toy.. you love to hold them and "turn the pages." You are sleeping through the night (knock on wood). You go to bed when we do around 10 or 11...a habit we need to break, but you wake up anywhere from 7:30-8:15 which is pretty nice. You are very smiley and just so so so sweet. You started swimming last saturday and I think you liked it. You weren't super smiley but you didnt cry at all. We even dunked your face underwater a few times! When you came up, your eyes were huge and surprised and you did a few dramatic coughs.

Mommy and daddy love you more than words can describe. You are such an amazing girl and the best blessing in the world. Watching you grow and develop everyday is better than we ever imagined!
